This website, www.skilbit.io, is operated by Kined Consulting Oy, business ID 2945890-4, registered at Töölönkatu 50D 91b, 00250 Helsinki, Finland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

This policy covers the public Skilbit website only. Personal data processed through the Skilbit application is covered separately by the applicable product privacy information and our agreement with the customer organisation.
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. We use them to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share this information for anyone else's marketing.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting our business.
The form is delivered by Formspree, which receives your submission and forwards it to our mailbox by email. That mailbox is hosted by Microsoft. Both act as our processors.
If you choose Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through this site, so we can improve it. We use the resulting reports to understand website usage, not to identify individual visitors, and we do not use them for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent. Google Analytics does not load and no analytics data is sent to Google unless you accept analytics cookies.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Two things happen automatically, and neither depends on the cookie banner.
We do not set analytics cookies unless you accept analytics. We use local storage to remember your cookie choice, whether you accept or decline. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also sets the cookies listed below.
